JOHN STEVENS WADE is an American, living in England. He has had poems published in many periodicals, and recently a collection of poems, "Gallery" from Poet & Painter. He features in 31 New American Poets, this year from Hill & Wang, N.Y. In 1966 and 1967 he was poetry instructor at the Cape Cod Writers' Conference and he has led a seminar on creative writing at Wisconsin State University. His translations of poems by Dutch writers appeared in Resurgence Vol. 2, No. 2 (Jul/ Aug. 1968).
ROBERT CASEY has campaigned for many years for minority rights, particularly of the American Indians. His article 'The Last Indian War' appeared in Resurgence Vol. 1, No. 3.
FRANCFS HOROVITZ has had poems published in several magazines and anthologies, the most recent being Children of Albion. A pamphlet of her poems has been published by St. Albert's Press and a second pamphlet is forthcoming in the New Year. She is a part-time teacher of English and Drama, is a frequent poetry reader on the B.B.C. Third Programme, and takes part in many live poetry readings.
The cover is by DOM SYLVESTER HOUEDARD, who is a poet, artist and scholar whose work has been exhibited in many galleries and who is one of the translators of the Jerusalem Bible.

PETER CADOGAN is a Peace Activist, a veteran of CND and the Committee of 100 who is now Secretary of the Save Biafra Campaign. Recent actions of this group designed to prevent Biafra being forgotten in Britain have included flag raising at the Commonwealth Institute, a brief takeover of the Banqueting House, Whitehall, and a call to 'Remember Biafra' after the 2-minute silence at the Cenotaph.
