WILLIAM REES-MOGG published his masterwork, with James Dale-Davidson, in January this year. It was entitled The Great Reckuning: Huw the World Will Change in the Depression of the 1990's, but unfortunately did not receive a review in this magazine because the publishers, Sidgwick & Jackson, neglected to send us an early copy, and no reviewer of sufficient stature was able to consider it in the time available. We hope to review it in paperback later this year. Lord Rees-Mogg, a former Editor of The Times and High Sheriff of Somerset, is chairman and proprietor of Pickering and Chandos Ltd, booksellers, of Pall Mall, SWI.

SIMON WATNEY is an art his rorian and critic. He is also a director of the National AIDS Manual. His last book was on the art of Duncan Grant (John Murray), his next one, Practice of Freedom: Selected Writings on HIVIAIDS will be published later this year.
LYNN BARBER's masterpiece Mostly Men, a collection of her interviews from the Independent on Sunday and Sunday Express, comes out in paperback in July from Penguin .
