Therefore, we have a more down-to-earth system where every title is grouped in easy-to-browse-through racks where you can at once find the particular section that interests you. There are two floors at Imhof House devoted entirely to records. The ground floor contains the classical department and the lower ground floor the Melody Bar and, in addition, there is a special export department on the first floor. Each is equipped with mono and stereo listening booths so that you may hear and compare the merits of a particular recording. At Imhofs we carry a huge stock of records including virtually every disc that is currently available in this country as well as many continental and other foreign ones. In addition, we have Europe's largest selection of pre-recorded tapes, both mono and stereo and, of course, a whole host of accessories including the famous 1M styli and all the latest hi-fi equipment, radios, tv's, tape recorders etc. Whatever your tastes in recorded sound, you will enjoy a visit to Imhofs. If you live overseas you can order by post with confidence; our personal export scheme caters most efficiently with customers' requirements anywhere in the world. Orders for records over £15 in value, or £10 in value from members of H.M. Forces overseas (both excluding budget price LP's) are sent post and packing free.
