DECISION.

The Chief Examiner decided in favour of THE BRITISH MOTOR TRACTION COMPANY'S application for a patent for Valve Operating Gear, and stated that the Applicant and the Opponent had invented different devices for carrying out a similar object, and that he weuld proceed to seal a patent on the Application.
